Terms of use

Datio is a client-side web application. All parsing, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and export functions execute locally in your browser. The product does not store, host, or transmit your datasets to any server.

• Use Datio only on data you have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the site or its hosting infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent Datio output as certified, audited, or legally binding analysis.

You keep full ownership and responsibility for your files. Because processing is local, closing the tab discards the in-memory copy. Keep your own backups of originals and exports. Do not process data you are not permitted to handle on a personal device.

Datio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Parsing heuristics, type detection, statistics, charts, and exports are best-effort helpers — verify results before relying on them for business, legal, or compliance decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datio is not liable for data loss, incorrect output, or decisions made from tool results. Your use of exports and analyses is at your own risk.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of Datio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
